Anyone. It should not be based upon a race. It should be based upon humanity. We are human beings and we need housing. We need food. We need the basic necessities to live in this city. Unfortunately a lot of people are met with great adversity and challenges and have found it impossible to obtain these things. Personally i believe that we dont need to write a blank check, but we do need to write a check. You need to write a check with the condition that these issues will be taken care of and put a date next to those issues. Also, i want to point out something with San Francisco housing that is kind of alarming to me. They require the residents under the new lease to pay for things that are required under california state law that the landlord pays for. The people on low income that obtain services through San Francisco housing cannot afford to pay for these things. Can you please look at that lease and make sure the tenants are taken care of there.
