Adam Broadwell, 44, the 20 year veteran of the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office Corrections Division, pleaded not guilty to his charges on Monday. Broadwell faces a felony charge for eavesdropping, as well as possession of an eavesdropping device and official misconduct.
