Great Olympics held at home by Karela - The Chronicle Online

Great Olympics held at home by Karela Accra Great Olympics faced one of the fiercest challenges of the season when Karela United held them to a pulsating 0-0 draw at the Accra Sports Stadium. An early minute scare from Diawisie Taylor was all Great Olympics needed to put themselves together with Coach Yaw Preko reorganizing his defence. Taylor beat Philip Sackey with a long ball from Umar Bashiru in the Olympics goal area, and volleyed a shot that beat Goalkeeper Saeed Salifu, only to be denied by the woodwork. The rest of the first half did not produce any meaningful result, and both teams sized themselves up in midfield.
