Roberts, who previously worked for Mattoon School District, expressed excitement for taking this position when it was available. “It just sounded like a great fit,” he said. “I found out more about Alton and I’m really excited about being able to help out.” Roberts graduated with a bachelor’s of science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute of Technology in Lombard in 1991. He began his career as Director of Technology at Burbank School District 1997-1999.
