A crash involving three vehicles left one man dead in Lowndes County.

Lowndes County, Miss. (WTVA)- A crash involving three vehicles left one man dead in Lowndes County Sunday morning.
Trooper Derrick Beckom with the Mississippi Highway Patrol said the accident happened around 2 A.M. on Highway 45 near Sessums Road.
55-year old David Hendrix of Starkville was killed in the accident.
Troopers said Hendrix was headed north in the southbound lane when he collided with two more vehicles that were headed south.
The drivers of the two other vehicles were treated for their injuries at the hospital in Columbus.

Ackerman man killed in Oktibbeha County crash
The crash happened Monday morning. It claimed the life of a man from Ackerman.

BRADLEY, Miss. (WTVA) - A crash Monday morning in Oktibbeha County claimed the life of a man from Ackerman.
According to Mississippi Highway Patrol (MHP) Staff Sgt. Derrick Beckom, the crash happened at approximately 6:24 on State Highway 12 near Smith Road.
Beckom says the victim, 52-year-old Robert Vick, was traveling eastbound when his vehicle ran off the road and overturned.
The county coroner pronounced him dead at the scene of the crash.
