Middle school academy at Judge to allow enhanced curriculum for Our Lady of Lourdes students

Middle school students will have the opportunity to learn from Judge Memorial CHS math and science teachers as part of the new Our Lady of Lourdes Middle School Academy.

SALT LAKE CITY – A new collaboration between the Diocese of Salt Lake City, Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School and Judge Memorial Catholic High School will provide extended opportunities for middle-school grade students.
The two schools are adjacent to each other. As part of the diocesan strategic plan, Our Lady of Lourdes Middle School Academy will begin operating at Judge for the 2021-22 school year, serving seventh- and eighth-grade students. Sixth-graders are tentatively scheduled to be added to the academy in the 2022-23 school year.

(ABC 6 News) - Businesses are once again forced to adapt to the rules that just keep changing. I’m glad he s loosening it. 11:00 P.M. will help being able to stay open later. I think they need to go away completely,” Curtis Sorenson, owner of The Bakery Lounge in Austin said.
Curtis says business is ok but he wants to stay open until 1 in the morning.
“The data does not show bars and restaurants are a hot spot. Why 11 p.m.? If we re able to be open and be at 50 percent capacity, why do we have to close at 11?” Sorenson said.
