Cooking can be a a form a therapy, food can nourish the soul, and breaking bread can be a time for people to connect and open up.
For the GOAL Initiatives Foundation, a charity focused on mental health and well-being, its new series Squawk & Gobble combines those facets of culinary life in a free web series in which we get to watch Montreal chefs and restauranteurs make their dishes. The series introduces them to us on a personal level as it delves into their emotional health.
