MONMOUTH REAL ESTATE REPORTS RESULTS FOR THE SECOND QUARTER ENDED MARCH 31, 2021
HOLMDEL, NJ, May 04, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation (NYSE:MNR) reported Net Income Attributable to Common Shareholders of $25.9 million or $0.26 per diluted share for the three months ended March 31, 2021 as compared to Net (Loss) Attributable to Common Shareholders of $(75.1) million or $(0.77) per diluted share for the three months ended March 31, 2020, representing an increase of $101.0 million or $1.03 per diluted share. During the three months ended March 31, 2021, we recognized a $19.2 million unrealized gain or $0.19 per diluted share as compared to an $(83.1) million unrealized (loss) or $(0.85) per diluted share for the three months ended March 31, 2020.
