what? it s politics. he was going to use every lever available to him to legally try to kind of win the election which is what he thought he was doing at the time. what you re seeing right now is the justice department criminalizing politics. i ve seen that line repeated several times by capitol hill republicans and others in the maga kind of orbit here arguing this is, as the former president describes it, election interference, an effort by joe biden and the justice department to, a, sideline him and, b, bury negative hunter biden news that had been coming out over the preceding several days. i don t know how successful that line of reasoning will be with the broader electorate. it s very successful in convincing republican primary voters to stay with the former president and to open their wallets to him. every time he s indicted and arraigned, he has a big fund-raising week and the campaign is working hard behind the scenes making sure this week is the same, pumping out emails, text

in a situation where ukraine continues to be brutally attacked across the board by munitions, by these cluster munitions that have rates that are very high, and that are a danger to civilians, number one. number two, the ukrainians are running out of ammunition. the ammunition, they call them 1.5 mm weapons. this is a more relating to the missions. and they are running out of that ammunition and we are low on it. so, what i finally did is i took the recommendation of the defense department to, not permanently, but allow for this transition period where we have more 155 weapons with these shells for ukrainians, to provide them with something that has a very low great, very low, about 1.50, which is the least likely . it is not been used in areas, they are trying to get through the trenches and
