Milwaukee police are adding a new tool when responding to life-threatening calls – and it was all thanks to a $64,000 donation by Minnesota-based Johnson Brothers.
ROSEVILLE After a 1-year-old girl died from what police initially said was “an unexplained head injury” in December, an acquaintance of the child’s mother has been charged with involuntary manslaughter.
"He is being charged with manslaughter, but I don't think 15 years is enough for what happened to her," Hartley said. "Her life is gone and I think he deserves to spend the rest of his life in prison, with no parole."
