Denise Dieter announced Thursday that she will be running for the position of Magisterial District Judge for District Court 29-3-01 in Jersey Shore, the office currently held by District Judge Jerry Lepley, who will be retiring this year.
Since 1993, Dieter has represented individuals, corporations, and municipalities in state and federal courts and before state and federal agencies in 28 counties, a news release from her campaign said. Dieter was retained out of law school to join growing general practice law firm, The Drier & Dieter Law Office, with concentration in municipal, estate, civil law and social security/disability law and litigation. The news release said she contributed to doubling of business within 10 years of joining.
