The Denver Broncos enter the 2021 off-season with some questions regarding the outlook at the right tackle position. But at the same time, they may have an in-house solution already on their roster.
Calvin Anderson enters his third season in the NFL and could be one of the Bronco s best-kept secrets. Anderson’s journey began in college at Rice, where he started 36 games for the Owls from 2015 to 2017 before transferring as a grad student to the University of Texas in 2018. Anderson also started all 14 games for the Longhorns that season and put himself on the radar for NFL teams after being named an All Big-12 Honor
When free agency officially begins on March 17, the Broncos will aim to add a new crop of talented players to their roster. After being released by the Buccaneers in 2003, John Lynch signed with the Broncos and spent the final four years of his career in Denver. He made the Pro Bowl each year and was named to the Broncos Ring of Fame in 2016 and the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2021.

It seems like the biggest talk of any Bronco fan right now is the roster and how many holes the team needs to fill. That’s nothing new or odd in and of itself, but I oftentimes find myself scratching my head about the specific roster holes people think the Broncos do and do not have.
So this week, let’s talk roster holes, No Bull style (and yes, that means my biased opinion based on the review work I’ve done all season) in order of importance.

The Denver Broncos have 11 unrestricted free agents who could hit the open market in March unless they sign new contracts.
New general manager George Paton has said he plans to be aggressive but not reckless, which likely means he ll want to keep the players who make sense to retain, but not overpay.
I ve talked multiple times throughout the season about the Broncos bound for unrestricted free agency, but with Paton now on board, the question is whether or not any of these players saw a change to their chances of staying with the Broncos.
