EUGENE, Ore. Three people were taken to the hospital after a two-vehicle head on collision in Eugene, police said.
This happened around 8:45 p.m. Sunday night.
Police said impaired driving appears to be a contributing factor.
Traffic was shut down on Valley River Drive over Delta Highway, and the Delta Highway northbound off-ramp to Valley River Drive for several hours. But roads opened back up around 11:45 p.m.
