Overnight just before 1 00 a. M. You can see the crane carefully being brought down. They attached 1 1 2 inch thick cable to the apparatus and they in a very controlled manner pulled it south of the property away from the residents. We took the precautions to have residents moved away from the tem ters of the buildings in case the crane would snap and there were no residents nearby. Reporter we also talked to the owner of the nearby showers of flowers. He is a florist who is experiencing a drought of customers this mothers day. He says he will take all of the flowers that he didnt sell today and donate them. Meantime, atf investigators are expected onsite, and the developer who has said that he believes this is arson again, the second fire here in ten months is now also saying he will rebuild a third time. Youre seeing rain starting to move in there and as we get a look at San Francisco, some spotty light showers. Weve seen it throughout the morning and it continues to move from berkeley and oakland so well be tracking the rain that may impact your morning commute and those slick roads will be a factor. Because as you talked about the north bay saw up to a quarter inch in some areas. This is san rafael. Theres slick conditions. If we look at the map farther north i did hair a report, chp filed a complaint not complaint but an issue says hydroplaning was involved in one of the crashes up there, 101 south at railroad.
