house. we talked about this last week. target had to inform the customers there was a security breach. healthcare.gov doesn t have to. frankly, frightening to americans because healthcare.gov failed the security test twice. it is 2014 and like dejavu all over again. the issues are hanging out and more and more people signing o. let s talk about that. so the white house, i thought was part of the suggestion that 7 million people would need to be enrolled in the deadline in march to fund the whole thing and now they are walking back that number, why? because it is embarrassing and they will not hit it. you know, the congressional budget office came up with the 7 million number and the white house embraesed and secretary sebelius said that is our target and they said it was our number and now saying it was not.
