A Pablo man is accused of brandishing a firearm at a gas station in Pablo in an attempt to steal money. Josiah Michael Houle, 39, entered a plea of not guilty in Polson District Court Jan. 25 to felony robbery.
Curtis Daniel Buck, 29, entered a plea of guilty in Polson District Court Jan. 18 to felony charges of assault on a peace or judicial officer, robbery and criminal endangerment.
Paul Glen Ailport, 64, entered a plea of not guilty in Polson District Court on Jan. 18 to felony charges of attempted deliberate homicide, arson and criminal mischief.

A Polson man and former fighter pilot with the U. S. Marines Corp. was sentenced in Polson District Court on Jan. 11 to a total of 10 years with the Montana Department of Corrections. William Thomas Reagan, 68, was also sentenced to one year in jail with all but 30 days suspended as credit for time already served.
