We cannot continue to do what we have done for the last number of weeks. There is counties continue to reopen, the governor pleaded with californians to take covid 19 seriously. There is a surgeon hospitalizations and icu patients. The state performed a record 96,000 tests with the positivity road rose to 5. 1 . We have seen increased numbers and a lot of those numbers reflected in the bay area. That is part of the state that has moved into this new phase.
