We are in the other room watching football and or the kids get in the way in the kitchen. If you are frying a turkey do it out side never put a frozen turkey in the boiling oil and dont leave the yourself with a fire stay calm. Some people want to put baking soda, a wet rag, water on it; those are all bad. Make sure you have a cookie sheet somewhere near by and just slide it over it. If you find the turkey catches fire in the oven dont open. Keep it closed. And if it is serious call 911.
