SPENCER, N.C. (WBTV) - The Town of Spencer has selected Stacy Craven as its new Town Clerk. Craven brings over ten years of local government experience to the small town of approximately 3,250 residents in northern Rowan County.
She has worked in a variety of roles, including senior office assistant for Forsyth County Public Health, caseworker for Davidson County Social Services, and finance specialist for Davidson County Integrated Solid Waste. Her experience ranges from supervision and analysis to front-line customer service and regulation compliance.
