Four local authorities have taken out interim High Court injunctions against the Home Office over the placement of asylum seekers in hotels in their area.
Starting Monday, April 25, North Devon Council (NDC) will be upgrading the pay and display ticket machine facias to enable every car park to take payment.
The Community Councillor Grants (CCG) scheme at North Devon Council is now open for applications.
The scheme allocates each North Devon councillor £1,000.
