So, our goal has been to be transparent and its been to provide as much information as we can and to try to help this committee get the closure because at some point somebody is going to write a report which i welcomed inside while look at the facts and the recommendations Going Forward. So at this point it is an important issue and we were concerned as we tracked it down and im pleased we were able to find 24,000 emails from that time and i am pleased it is clear that you worked hard and the agency worked hard to restore those emails and im pleased the white house has reduced all of their documents so that there is not an issue of what might be missing would be any email from that timeframe that would be outside of the agency to pick up the internal issues. Any emails that she sent out at the accounts would have been found with the production. So i think this is important. Its gotten caught up in the middle of a political storm which has been ongoing ever since the Affordable Care act

Isnt it true that our friends who draw the conclusion of innocence is likely premature, is that not correct . Are not sure whos i innocent youre worried about. I would like to note that the statistics we shared with this committee and happy to continue to work with you do not show that any donors were audited at a higher rate than people in the public generally. If they were it was a mistake but theres no evidence there was a systematic attempt. Its clear that the individuals and anecdotally theres no doubt about it, but the statistics will show that folks who donated to these groups were audited at a high rate.
