Liberal activist Annlinn Kruger of Bar Harbor wrote graffiti critical of prominent conservative Leonard Leo on the street outside his house in Northeast Harbor on Monday.
An ordinance change that will allow residents of Main Street in Northeast Harbor to obtain off-street parking permits was approved by the Select Board May 16.
