Photos: George Strait slashes price on Dominion hilltop castle FacebookTwitterEmail The King of Country has slashed the price of his San Antonio castle once more. George Strait s lavish estate, perched on a hilltop in the Dominion, was re-listed Sunday for $7.5 million. The new cost is 15 percent lower than the property s 2019 asking price, which was itself a decrease from the $10 million price tag in 2018. The 7,925 square-foot mansion at 10 Davenport Lane was built in 1997 by Arizona artist and architect Bill Tull. To build the home, Tull known for his adobe style and stained glass relocated to San Antonio for two years along with his crew.
