The shop, which he is calling The Olive, is now at 242 Princess St. It’s open 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, and 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday selling a variety of products like olive oils, vinegars, sea salts, and kitchen accessories.
