pic) said MCPF would be working with the state police in highighting the importance of creating a Protect & Prevent environment for children following a dramatic increase in incest cases in Melaka during the movement control order (MCO) period.
“Melaka police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Abdul Majid has voiced his concerns to us over the unprecedented hike in rape cases within families.
