Magistrates joked that it would have been embarrassing had they not given the green light on Tuesday afternoon. Daniel Collins, 36, gave incorrect business information on contract, used trusted trader scheme logos when he was not allowed to and even persuaded one woman to hand over £1,900.
Swindon magistrates were told the former Wiltshire man, who now lives with his family in Cardiff, has been given more than 11 years-worth of jail time since 2009 for fraud and rogue trader offences.
