Officer that did this to me runs 06 connecting the dots. Determined his name, and that he was a Norfolk Police officer. Norfolk Police Internal affairs gets involved, and calls the victim who then goes in and gives a statement to an investigator. Norfolk police connecting the dots on one of their own. We are not reporting the name of the officer because he has not yet been charged. We did find the car that the victim photographed in the walmart parking lot at the home of the Police Officer.
