The hiring climate in Brockville will take a step back in the first quarter of 2021, according to a new survey.
The latest Manpower employment outlook survey shows Brockville-area employers expect a âreservedâ hiring climate for the upcoming quarter, representing a setback from the previous three months when it predicted hiring would be âencouraging.â

âSurvey data reveals that eight (per cent) of employers plan to hire for the upcoming quarter, while eight (per cent) anticipate cutbacks,â said Anne-Marie Lanthier of Manpowerâs Brockville office.
