Former Daphne police chief allegedly hit wife after seeing her ‘arm-in-arm’ with neighbor

A former Daphne Police Chief was arrested late last year on domestic violence charges after he allegedly hit his wife.
Joseph Hall was arrested on Nov. 23, 2020 after allegedly striking his wife in the face and twice in the upper chest, according to WKRG.
When officers arrived on the scene, they noticed marks on Hall’s wife. According to his arrest report, Hall was reportedly under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident.
Daphne police also confirmed that Hall was armed with a gun as well.
