Isaac Borquaye, more commonly known as Guvna B – The Alphege Award for Evangelism and witness. For being an outstanding, faithful and vibrant witness to Jesus Christ using his gifts and the medium of recording, performance and video to proclaim the good news.

The newly ordained Diocesan Bishop of the Anglican Church, Rt Rev. Oscar Christian Amoah, has said that it is incumbent on all Ghanaians, especially Christians, to help build a prosperous Ghana.
He said in spite of the differences that Ghanaians have as a people, there is the need for us to stay together and forge ahead in unity, for that is the wish of God.
The Bishop urged Christians to be one another s keeper, adding that his doors were always open for constructive criticism and collaboration as long as it was in the interest and progress of the Anglican Church and for that matter the nation at large.
President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has expressed gratitude to the electorate in the Ashanti Region for their massive support, resulting in his victory in the December 7, 2020 general election.
The electorate, he said, demonstrated trust in his government, giving the assurance that he would not disappoint the people in the discharge of his duties.
He said the Ashanti Region, a traditional stronghold of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), would get its fair share of development projects in the second term of his administration.
Nana Akufo-Addo polled more than 1.7 million votes in the Ashanti Region and eventually emerged the winner for a second term.
President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has prayed Christians to continue to support his Administration for the realization of the nation’s development aspirations.
The church, he said, should pray fervently for God to shower His blessings on the nation, saying he was passionate about Ghana’s progress and prosperity.
“My vision is to lead the country towards sustainable development and growth for the benefit and wellbeing of the citizenry,” he noted, promising that his second term of office would see tremendous changes in the lives of the people.
President Nana Akufo-Addo, who was speaking at the St. Cyprian’s Anglican Cathedral, Kumasi, where he attended a thanksgiving service, was grateful to the church and Christians in general for voting to give him the nod to lead the country for a second term.
