The Kirksville Kiwanis Club welcomed fellow Kiwanians Ted Frushour and Kevin Brown to speak at their Aug. 31 meeting. Frushour who serves as club vice president presented a brief history of the Forest Lake Area Trail System (FLATS) and gave an update on their trailhead project. Brown who serves as club secretary for the Moberly Kiwanis Club and is lieutenant governor-elect for Division Five of the Missouri-Arkansas District of Kiwanis International - presented on Kiwanis activities in Moberly.
