Butler joined Arlo NoMad in March 2021, where he oversaw the hotel s recovery from the pandemic, rebuilding corporate and leisure guest relationships and experience, which resulted in record annual average daily rates and gross operating profits. A native of Ireland, Butler has been recognized for developing and promoting team members and building executive teams, guest satisfaction and profitability. His two decades of global hospitality experience includes humble beginnings at Conrad hotels in Dublin and Chicago before joining Fitzpatrick New York in Manhattan and working under John Fitzpatrick, two-time Chairman of the Hotel Association of New York City. Among other international hospitality groups and hotels, Butler worked at the five-star Sofitel New York, Dalata Hotel Group (Ireland s largest hotel group) and Hilton Times Square until its closing in October
