On Tuesday morning, the Laredo International Fair & Exposition formally launched a new raffle which it hopes will help gather money for scholarships, prizes and organization operational costs.

Members of the community gathered to announce the Winter Relief Fund in order to help families that continue to struggle from power and water outages. Through a partnership with the Angel of Hope nonprofit and members of the community, the Winter Storm Relief Fund was created to help those that have been negatively impacted by the inclement weather that has affected the state.
