Two inmates were caught outside of the jail but these two escaped. The staff is baffled how they got Cutting Tools into the jail. I do not know how they got it. Thats something that we are going to be looking at, how do we shore up our security systems. Reporter smith sites the need for security cameras in the whole jail. There are cameras outside and in the new section of the jail. Back on the trail, investigators said weekend rain forecast for saturday could help, not hurt the efforts to capture the two fugitives.
