The downpour has been pretty much nonstop. Road crews continue to clear away rocks and mudslides on some of the most travelled roads. In the santa cruz mountains. Two men somehow run over by a dump truck. Sot officer Trista Drake Chpnats this motorist witnessed the accident and flagged down the chp.
