Mining company Petra Diamonds said on Friday that sales had slightly grown in 2024's fourth tender cycle, principally driven by higher prices throughout the period.
The company sold 519.4 thousand carats (kcts) of rough diamonds in the third tender cycle, up 17% from the second tender cycle and 71% from the same period last year
One of the world’s largest blue fancy colour diamonds, the Infinite Blue, has sold at Sotheby’s in Hong Kong for $US25.3 million ($AU39.78 million).
