Working with Isaac Prizant, city traffic engineer, and five resident petitions, Tsuda and McPherson have already achieved a new stop sign at the corner of Mt. Pamplin Media Group - Portland Police: $20,000 in property found in stolen U-Haul

Portland Police Bureau officers arrest Manuel Hernandez and Sanchindra Nath during the incident. Portland Police Bureau officers said they recovered $20,000 in stolen property from a stolen rental box truck. According to a probable cause affidavit, a North Precinct officer self-dispatched to CubeSmart Self Storage, 1314 N. Schmeer Road around 5:20 p.m. Saturday, Feb 20, following reports of a stolen U-Haul that a Washington renter had tracked by GPS. Manuel Kaelal Hernandez Jr., 41, was found inside the truck, per court records, and Sanchindra Anand Nath, 41, was found near a black Ford F350 with no license plates and a punched ignition that previously had been reported stolen. A screwdriver was found on the dashboard. The two men were allegedly moving items from the U-Haul to the truck.
