Montevideo, Dec 18 (Prensa Latina) The return of those displaced by floods in northern Uruguay was postponed due to heavy rains that affected the departments of Artigas and Paysandú.
Montevideo, Oct 30 (Prensa Latina) Nearly 2,000 people remained displaced on Monday due to flooding from the overflowing Uruguay and Cuareim Rivers that have been affecting the Artigas, Salto, and Paysandú departments, the National Emergency System (SINAE) reported.
