The accused- Raziuddin Nashar has been in jail since 2008 in connection with the 2008 Ahmedabad Blasts. However while he was in jail, in 2013 he was also roped in as an accused in the jailbreak case.
India News: NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court has set aside the order of Jharkhand high court that had granted bail to an accused on the ground that he had claimed inn.
