25-year-old man dead after shooting at Crew Hookah Lounge; suspect in custody

KILLEEN, TX â The Killeen Police Department is investigating its second criminal homicide of this year after a 25-year-old man was fatally shot at the Crew Hookah Lounge Sunday morning.
Officers were dispatched around 2:13 a.m. to the Crew Hookah Lounge, located at 4400 Watercrest Road, in reference to a 911 call about a shooting victim.
The officers located a man suffering from a gunshot wound when they arrived.
According to Killeen Police, officers started to perform life saving measures until paramedics arrived. The victim was transported to the Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center in critical condition.
