Instead of going on a trip or having a cool experience of his choice, the student at Littlefield High School in Lubbock is donating his wish to Covenant Children’s Hospital. The school’s student body raises money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation every year, but student body president, Dylon Redmon, says they pushed a little harder this year when they found out one of their own was on the receiving end. The school’s fundraisers brought in $9-thousand, which they donated to the Covenant Health Foundation. Covenant Children’s partners with the foundation to give wishes to patients with life-threatening illnesses.
