The Supreme Court (SC) has allowed parties with pending cases before it to file until Monday next week, May 10, all pleadings, motions and other submissions required of them since last March when all courts in the National Capital Region (NCR) were physically closed due to enhanced community quarantine (ECQ), now modified ECQ (MECQ) until May 14.
SC Clerk of Court Marife M. Lumibao Cuevas said the offices of the High Court on Padre Faura Street in Ermita, Manila are physically open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. starting on Monday, May 3, to receive the documents and other court submissions from the parties.
