Sold in Steuben County: 12 public acres off Rt. 54 in Town of Bath to be sold
Steuben County took possession of the land in a 2015 tax foreclosure and the parcel fell off the radar for a time.

BATH A chunk of property on state Route 54 in the Town of Bath may soon be back on the tax rolls, six years after Steuben County took possession of the land in a 2015 tax foreclosure.
Steuben County legislators approved divvying up the 50.9 acres into three distinct parcels, a 38.8 acre piece along with 6.5 and 5.6 acre parcels. The legislature also OK’d the sale of the two smaller pieces of land, the 5.6 acre parcel for $4,000 and the 6.5 acre parcel for $6,000.
