The Pottawattamie County Attorney said an investigation showed that the officers were "fully justified in their use of deadly force" against a murder suspect from Omaha.
Ilene Gowan's body was found in February. On Wednesday, police arrested Sam Brammer in connection with her death. He's being charged but not with murder.
