The African National Congress (ANC) on Friday criticised former Eskom CEO Andre de Ruyter for his public accusation of Eskom corruption by unnamed ANC politicians, and said he had a legal obligation to report the allegations to the hawks. De Ruyter resigned from the utility with immediate effect, after a board meeting on Wednesday.
