Theres a Global Health security agenda. We need the funds to be allocated to the places where theres the next outbreak, not the last outbreak. We know where they are, we know how many they are and we know how to go about identifying them. I think its good common sense, Public Health to get out there and do this proactively. Prioritization, you go back to which wildlife species are the viruses found in, are there already ongoing outbreaks of undiagnosed illnesses

Reporter new tonight. A San Francisco city worker is now charged in a deadly hit andrun accident. The woman was killed while sunbathing with her baby at a park in Bernal Heights. This was the scene yesterday afternoon. Police say, she was hit by a park and rec vehicle which fled the crime. Kron 4s Haaziq Madyun has more on the man investigators believe was behind the wheel. And we are learning more about the woman who was hit and killed in the hitand run. This is her picture. She was daly city. She was an ordained monk.
