Bibb deputies release details on fatal shooting of 8-year-old girl

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) Bibb County Sheriff’s Office released new details from the Friday night shooting that took the life of 8-year-old Miracle Brantley.
Authorities say the shooting happening at a home on the 2300 block of Ballard Drive just before 4 p.m. Friday. Someone took Brantley to Navicent Hospital.
Authorities say a helicopter flew her to the Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital in Atlanta Friday evening. Brantley died at around 8:07 a.m. Sunday.
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office tells us there is no threat to the community at this time.
