Troops recover NPA extortion letters, receipts in north Negros

EXTORTION.Copies of the extortion letters and official receipts of the New People's Army's (NPA) Apolinario Gatmaitan Command in Negros Island that were recovered by government troops after an encounter with communist terrorists in Barangay San Pablo, Manapla, Negros Occidental on Thursday (Sept. 30, 2021).
