DALLAS, May 7, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ Conor Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the sale of Skyline Commerce Center in Mesquite, Texas. The firm sold the two-building, 198,000-square-foot industrial development to KKR, a global investment firm. This is the second property KKR has purchased from Conor. Earlier this year, the firm acquired Conor s Park 12 Hundred Tech Center in Westminster, Colorado. Mesquite is an underserved market when it comes to industrial developments, and Skyline helps to fulfill this need, shared Taline Agopian, Development Manager at Conor.
