WATERBURY - Angel Mendillo, age 47, of Waterbury, passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love and comfort of her family, on Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2023, at the VITAS Inpatient Hospice Care Unit of Saint Mary's Hospital after a brief illness. She was the loving daughter of Michael and Lory (Sherman)
